Build your very own bookshelf in this "deck-building × roll-and-move" game for 3 to 6 players! Welcome to the Book Festival, the animals' celebration of books. Stock your booth with books and eye-catching POP displays, then watch the animal customers travel across everyone's shelves and buy them up.

The game ends at the end of the round in which any player's supply of review stars runs out. Then the festival's MVP is decided: each player adds chips to the vote bag equal to the stars they collected, the bag is shuffled, and a set number of chips are drawn. The player whose colour is drawn the most is the '''MVP'''. Having collected more stars improves your odds — but the MVP is never guaranteed!

ゲームの目的

自分のブースでレビュースターを集め、ブックフェスのMVPに輝くことが目標です。スターをたくさん集めるほど有利ですが、MVPは最後に投票袋からの抽選で決まるため、逆転のチャンスは最後まで残されています！

ゲームの流れ

各ラウンドは2つのフェイズで構成されます。

1. アクションフェイズ

スタートプレイヤーから時計回りに、各プレイヤーは自分の手番に3回のアクションを行います。各アクションでは次のいずれかを選べます。

  • 本を配置する — 同じジャンルの本カードを1枚以上、自分の棚のマスに置く。
  • POP／エンド棚を買う — 表示されたコスト分の本カードを手札から捨てて、POP（棚のマスに配置）またはエンド棚を購入する。
  • 本を回収する — 自分の棚から本を手札に戻す。
  • カードを引く — 山札からカードを1枚引く。

手番開始時にメイン棚（3マス）がすべて本で埋まっていれば、ボーナスとして無料でカードを1枚引けます（アクション不要）。エンド棚も埋まっていれば、さらに1枚引けます。

2. 販売フェイズ

全員の手番が終わったら、全プレイヤーが一斉にサイコロを振ります。その後スタートプレイヤーから順に、各プレイヤーの動物のお客さんが出た目の数だけ、ブースの上を時計回りに移動します。完成した本棚そのものが、お客さんの進むすごろくのマスになるのです。

お客さんが本の置かれたマスに止まったとき：

  • そのジャンルが動物の好みのジャンルなら、そのマスの本をまとめ買いします。
  • 好みでなければ1冊だけ買います。
  • 本が1冊売れるごとに、棚の持ち主からレビュースターチップが1つMVP投票袋に入ります。

ジャンルボーナス： ジャンルボーナス置き場で同じジャンルの本が5冊たまるたびに、その本が売れたブースの持ち主がレビュースターチップを追加で2つ獲得し、その置き場はリセットされます。
